| Part 21 is the regulation that enables the Aircraft Certification Service (AIR) to conduct its certification responsibilities under Title 49 of the US Code. This seminar will present Part 21 in detail, along with other critical areas for AIR. The topics to be presented are: overview of AIR and Part 21, Design Approvals, Producation Approvals, Combined Design and Production Approval (PMA/TSOA), Airworthiness Approval, Delegations and Designees, Continued Operational Safety, Compliance and Enforcement, and International Programs.
