COURSE REPLACED WITH COURSE FAA00001005. This course is designed for airworthiness and avionics inspectors. Upon completion the inspector will understand the basic concepts of human factors as they relate to aircraft maintenance and be able to add value to their assigned operator's programs. Topics include error chain recognition, performance indicators, communication, shift and task turnover, situational awareness and fatigue. The training methods include informal lecture, small group exercises, and case studies.
