The workshop will promote the shaping of best practices and applying critical thinking skills to procurement strategy. Students will encounter situations that require teamwork to analyze complex issues, weigh multiple factors, challenge each others rationale, and make sound decisions across all stages of the acquisition process, from acquisition planning to contract administration and closeout.During this course, Level II and Level III FAA Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs) will apply best practices to solve complex contract management situations that they may encounter. | |||
