| The FAA Introduction to Basic Real Estate Processes (IBREP) course provides a new Real Estate Contracting Officers with a high-level overview of the real estate acquisition lifecycle and its processes according to current AMS policy and guidance. Real Estate Contracting Officers will become familiar with the key activities, milestones, and stakeholders involved in acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of real property. Upon completion of this course, participants will understand the role of the Real Estate Contacting Officer within the AMS lifecycle, understand the basics of acquisition planning, award formation, source selection, and contract administration. | |||
