This course is designed to give the student a thorough understanding of how to recognize fall hazards and how to take corrective action according to the governing body (OSHA, Labor Canada, etc). This program includes theory, regulations and standards, fall arrest systems, full body haness activity, horizontal lifelines, inspection, care and maintenance, hazard assessment, fall protection plan, rescue theory, manual and automatic descent control, rescue activity, and other aspects of tower climbing and rescue. Classroom and hands-on instruction.
