| This training ensures employees are aware of and understand the purpose of IdeaHub. They will facilitate and coordinate ideas submitted by employees supporting FAA IdeaHub Program Office, its process and goals. The training helps liaisons: 1. Provide a framework for sharing roles and responsibilities, team building, and team synergy to increase effectiveness 2. Serve as a communications conduit across the Regions, Centers, and Headquarters for IdeaHub Program goals/objectives. 3. Promote IdeaHub engagement to create awareness and engage management. 4. Share idea communications and insights with management, team members, and the IdeaHub Program Office. 5. Facilitate and coordinate ideas in support of the FAA IdeaHub. | |||
