The discussion will provide an overview of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification application process, insight about the exam structure, and best practices for preparing for the exam. Upon completion of the course you will be able to: Identify various types of PMI Certifications; Locate the PMI's website and certification handbooks; Initiate a certification application and develop a plan to prepare for the certification exam.
