This Training will address the roles and responsibilities of FAA managers with respect to allegations that might fall under the scope of the Accountability Board. These include allegations of sexual harassment, incidents of misconduct of a sexual nature, or incidents of verbal, written, graphic or physical harassment and other types of misconduct that create a hostile work environment based on the categories of gender, race, color, national origin, religion, disability, age, and sexual orientation. The training will be based on the content of FAA Order 1110.125A and will review Management's responsibilities as prescribed therein. The video broadcast will offer a slide presentation and scenarios for discussion and comment via interactive audio and interactive data feedback from the participants. This item provides 2 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers.
