| Crucial Conversations Training provides high-level skills for individuals, teams, and organizations that undercommunicate, withhold information, or fail to act with unity and conviction. It teaches participants how to stay in dialigue when we would otherwise be least effective - when ther are opposing opinions, strong emotions and high stakes.
