| This training module explains the Federal Sector EEO investigations process. The resulting investigative report is a narrative document that summarizes each of the claims in the formal complaint, the parties' responses to the claims, and the evidence supporting the parties' positions. At the conclusion of this training participants should have a working knowledge of the timelines and requirements in this stage of the EEO complaint.
