| The FAA Administrative Voice Enterprise Services (FAVES) is a program developed to consolidate management of the agencys administrative voice services (PBX systems, key systems) under a single contract. The goal is to centralize maintenance and operations under a single vendor and create a strategy to manage these services across the enterprise. This session reviews acquisition and procurement activities that took place in 2008 and the planned milestones for 2009. There will be a discussion about how enterprise planning and management of the administrative voice systems may impact users at the desktop level and/or the LAN level. | |||
