| This 1-hour class if intended for those (RMATs, Local Support, others) who will be providing training and support to Department Calendar Users. This one-hour session (via Sametime Meeting) will provide the training resources and information needed to demonstrate how to use Department Calendar to Department Calendar users. This class is delivered on-line using Sametime Meeting and a conference call. You will log into the Sametime Meeting Center, inside of the FAA firewall using Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, with your NexGen Internet account. You can also access the Sametime Meeting Center through the FAA VPN. If you have any problems accessing the Sametime Meeting Center you will need to contact your Local IT Help Desk Support for assistance. | |||
