| This presentation will focus on the establishment and implementation of the current Administrations Open Government Directive, including the major types and the uses of social media as an interactive tool for Federal Agencies to interact with members of the public. Topics will include a review of the Open Government Directive, the application of the Paperwork Reduction Act and the Privacy Act of 1974 for the use of social media, and privacy impact assessments requirements from M-10-23 and best practices for implementing these requirements. This item provides one credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
