| The Program Management Using Earned Value course introduces students to earned value management concepts and techniques employed to improve the integrated management of technical, schedule and cost performance of Government Programs. The course focuses on traditional program management practices and how the addition of earned value management as a program management technique is used to measure work accomplished. The earned value approach to determining work progress and how it can be used to identify potential risks and predict future program schedule and cost performance are explained and demonstrated using hands-on, practical exercises, following a case study approach. | |||
