| This training provides an overview of documenting requests for reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants in the Reasonable Accommodation Management System (RAMS), as required by DOT Order 1011.1 and FAA Order 1400.12. RAMS is designed to help managers (decision makers) meet the 25-business day timeframe for processing requests. At the conclusion of this training, managers (decision makers) will have an understanding of how to access RAMS, how to enter and update accommodation requests made by employees and applicants, and how to document the interactive process. Managers will receive 1 CME credit for completing this training. | |||
