| This session is a pilot training to gather feedback from non-HR supervisors and HR Specialists responsible for Performance Management. The feedback received will be used to finalize the course for managers and supervisors, as required by the Departments Maximizing Employee Performance plan. During this course, managers and supervisors will focus on supervisory roles and responsibilities for performance management to maximize employee job performance; an overview of the performance management cycle and providing ongoing feedback; dealing with poor performers; developing and improving supervisory communication skills in managing employees; and exhibiting various tools and programs to motivate and reward employee performance. | |||
