Introduction to the new AIP Handbook, which will also include grant eligibility and funding sources. Lesson 2 focuses on project eligibility and justification requirements. The user will learn about general and specific funding requirements and then how to evaluate a project given specific funding requirements. Lesson 3 of the AIP Handbook course, FAA Standards and Project Funding Evaluation, covers the remainder of Chapter 3 and some more of the appendices. This lesson includes general requirements for funding consideration, funding requirements specific to FAA standards, how to evaluate projects according to FAA standards for funding, and how to apply appendix guidelines for project-specific determinations. Lesson 4 of the AIP Handbook course, Procurement and Allowable Costs, covers the Chapter 5. This lesson includes the general grant process steps, high level requirements of the grant process steps, and how to apply grant process steps where appropriate. Lesson 5, The Grant Process, covers chapter 5 of the AIP Handbook. This lesson includes the steps of the grant process and requirements related to each step. Included here is the final quiz for all 5 modules.
