| This course is no longer available in eLMS. Counter Threat Awareness Training (CTAT) was replaced by Foreign Affairs Counter Threat eLearning (eFACT). eFACT is required by the Department of State for all personnel who fall under the security responsibility of the Secretary of State, 22 U.S. Code 4802, who will spend less than 90 days cumulatively in a 12-month period overseas on official business. Per FAA Order 1600.61, contractors traveling on behalf of the FAA are required to complete this training, which remains valid for six years from the date of completion. eFACT registration is through the Department of State's Foreign Service Institute (FSI), FSI Student Information System. The course number is CT420. Registration at FSI requires a two-step enrollment admission and registration. Please plan accordingly. After completing eFACT, forward a copy of your certificate to itsp@faa.gov. | |||
