| Important The Following Steps MUST Be Completed for Every Lesson Due to a known SCORM compatibility issue, the steps below must be performed at the start of each chapter for your completion to be recorded in eLMS. This applies to all 8 chapters. Skipping these steps will result in no completion being recorded. If you have any issues, please email eLMS Support at elmssupport@faa.gov. Steps to Complete Each Lesson 1 Launch the Course Open ELMS and launch the eFACT course as you normally would. 2 Locate and Click the Help Link Once the course loads, move your cursor to the top of the screen. Click the Help link in the top right corner of the course window. 3 Close the Help Dialog A Help dialog will appear with DS Registrar contact information. Click OK to close it and return to the course. 4 Click the Menu Icon Click the three horizontal lines (Menu icon) in the top right corner. The chapter navigation dropdown will appear. You may use this to navigate between lessons. 5 Complete the Course Content Proceed through all lesson content as normal using the NEXT button or the Menu to navigate. 6 Click Save and Submit At the end of each chapter, click the Save and Submit button in the top right corner. Your completion will now be recorded in ELMS. Repeat for All 8 Lessons You must perform Steps 2 through 4 (Help OK Menu) at the beginning of each new chapter before proceeding. Completions will not be recorded if these steps are skipped. If Your Completion Does Not Record Confirm you completed Steps 24 (Help OK Menu) before beginning the chapter content. Ensure you clicked Save and Submit at the end of the chapter. If the issue persists, contact your ELMS administrator or help desk for assistance at elmssupport@faa.gov.
