| This instructor-led training for managers will provide information and conversation on the following subjects: 1.) addressing and navigating EEO responsibilities for returning to normal operations amidst COVID-19; 2.) Identifying communication techniques to address issues related to health and welfare of employees in the office; and 3.) proactively prevent workplace conflicts and resolve issues at the lowest level. Some of the topics that will be discussed are manager/employee relationships, reasonable accommodations, issues that could arise, along with a communication plan for management. Lastly, there are built in scenarios for facilitated discussions among attendees. | |||
