The New IQ Course is a 2hr to 1 day course that will be delivered via instructor in a live classroom or through a virtual platform. This course is designed for 25 to 50 participants. During this course attendees will learn through targeted skill building exercises to enhance inclusiveness and performance personally and in their sphere of influence. More than raising awareness, participants will develop skills to (1) address diversity related concerns consistent with the organizations philosophy and policy, and (2) foster an inclusive climate that improves organizational performance, such as speed, efficiency, creativity, innovation, motivation and agency image. These techniques, when applied, will enable attendees to be a key element to changing organizational culture and climate, and fostering integration and synergy within organizations. Participants will engage in creating and fostering a climate of inclusion, resolving problematic behaviors at the lowest level, and understanding how to integrate inclusive behaviors and habits into their daily routines in order to drive sustainable change in the creation of a more inclusive organizational environment.
