| This course provides training for Tech OPS Control Center (TOCC) Personnel using Tech OPS Activities Portal (TAP) Connected to manage the data and resources of the National Airspace System (NAS) infrastructure. TAP Connected is an electronic tool used to document, coordinate and review scheduled and unscheduled activities performed on NAS equipment and systems. The course includes TAP Connected simulated labs and an end-of-course assessment. This course should be taken by managers and personnel at the TOCCs. This course is the replacement for Event Manager.
