This course equips federal government supervisors and training practitioners with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage employee performance and accountability. Participants will learn to navigate legal requirements, establish clear performance expectations, and address performance issues promptly.The course emphasizes fostering a high-performance culture, recognizing and rewarding excellence, and understanding the standardized appraisal cycle. Additionally, it provides strategies for cultivating collaboration with unions and ensuring supervisory accountability. By the end of the course, learners will be prepared to enhance team productivity and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
