| The Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS) is currently going through a Technology Refresh (TR). Changes made in this TR define a completely new layout for the RMLS system physical presentation. Moving to a virtualized environment changes the architectural aspect from device-based association to object-based association; therefore, base configuration and location of VM objects to Container Servers will be identified as well as software and job packages located on each VM. Many new features have been introduced into RMLS and some of the older infrastructure remains obscure to the OCC Administrators for support and management. Introducing these processes, services and establishing the baseline knowledge needed to support their functionality will allow the OCC Administrators to become more proficient in their ability to support RMLS. Finally, the numerous applications in RMLS that have been added, changed or updated since the original launch of the RMLS platform. | |||
