This course is for Technical Operations technicians, engineers, specialists, and Technical Center personnel. During this course, students will go through the various Modes of Operations. These Modes of Operations include Normal Mode, Battery Mode, Standby Mode, UPS to Bypass Mode, and Bypass to UPS Mode. At the end of the course there is a summary and self-check, and one multiple choice exam used as the scoring weight of this course. The exams for this course are open book. The student can use FAA handbooks, schematics, TIBS, formula sheets, troubleshooting guides, submitted errata sheets, lab books, and personal notes. A passing score of 70% or higher is required in order to receive credit for this course.
