Electrical studies are an integral part of power distribution system design, operations, and maintenance. The Power Systems Overview for Engineers workshop reviews the requirements of JO 6950.27, Power System Studies, and their application to FAA infrastructure projects. Topics include Introduction to Power Systems Design, Electricity and Electrical Analysis, Power System Studies, and Elements of a Power System. By understanding the work expected of electrical design engineers, non-electrical engineers will be able to review the project submittals and to ask pertinent questions. | |||
