This course is for eLMS Supervisors Only. Participants will gain a working knowledge of eLMS. Training will encompass all the elms Supervisor functionality including a system overview followed by live demonstrations: Logging into eLMS, Navigating within eLMS, Using Email Notifications, Inputting Personal Settings, Using Help, Using Catalog Search Features, Using Learning Plan, Launching Online Content, Viewing Training History, Using My Plan Link, Using Self-Registration, Viewing Employee Records, Managing Subordinates' Learning, Assigning Items to Employees' Learning Plan, Enrolling Employees in Scheduled Offerings, Approving Registrations, Recording Learning Events, Using Dashboard Functions, and Running Reports. Course provides a blended learning approach and can be taught either as a traditional instructor led course or via Aviation Training Network (ATN) satellite broadcast. This item provides 2 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers.
