| This interactive one-day workshop provides ATO supervisors tools for managing challenging performance discussions. Youve probably already realized it can be extremely difficult to shift an employees behavior and even more difficult to maintain a positive working relationship throughout the entire process. We want to save you some of the heartache of learning it the hard way. This session is about helping you get the results you want, without inadvertently damaging trust and employee morale. PIC will not focus on official performance management systems, labor relations requirements, or reporting processes as a manager, you have ready access to that type of information elsewhere. Well explore how you can prepare for those sensitive coaching conversations, so you can more effectively help your employees shift in the direction of their peak performance. Our workshop includes time for peer discussion, lessons learned, and practice of tools using sample case studies. | |||
