| This course is for Technical Operations personnel who have been selected to conduct on-the-job training (OJT) . Students review Technical Operations OJT package material containing lesson plans, instructional objectives, task steps, and training evaluation criteria. Course content focuses on instructor techniques for conducting OJT sessions, coaching and feedback, and the Formal Technical Operations OJT Program procedures. FAA Order 3000.57 is overviewed to familiarize students with specific program requirements. Each student will conduct a 30 minute simulated OJT lesson using training material extracted from the existing OJT lesson plan packages. Fellow students and the instructor will give feedback on techniques used. | |||
