| This course is for executives from government and industry associated with aviation who require a general understanding of the air traffic system. It will assist in the development of a broad understanding of the services provided, the procedures employed, and the problems encountered in air traffic control (ATC). The course consists of classroom instruction and tours to facilities, when time and conditions permit. Subject areas include the nation's airspace, navigational aids and airports, and air traffic services, and facilities. This item provides 24 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
