| The course is designed primarily for Traffic Management (TM) personnel who are training for position certification at all ARTCCs, Terminals, and the ATCSCC. It will allow for local policies and procedures to be included in the instruction. It will also provide refresher training for TM personnel to renew their knowledge of national and local rules and regulations. The course consists of classroom instruction and on-the-job training (OJT). The specialists will be able to perform, under normal supervision, the duties of the traffic management specialist for each operating position in the traffic management unit. | |||
