| The CRM Cadre Course covers facilitator techniques and provides a guide to the instructor who will be presenting Course 55124. Course 55124 is a one-day workshop that covers human factors aspects in ATC. The cadre course is 3 days in length. On the first day, Course 55124 is presented. The second day, facilitator techniques and guidelines are covered. On the third day, students are required to present portions of CRM for feedback and practice. It is recommended that students attending this course have had Course 10501, Facility Instructor Training, or Course 10520, Academy Basic Instructor Training. | |||
