| This course is designed for personnel with a need to use Terminal Area Route Generations, Evaluation and Traffic Simulations (TARGETS) application software in developing required navigation performance (RNP)/area navigation (RNAV) arrival and departure procedures. Using classroom instruction and practical exercises, the course will enable students to install/update the NFDC database; import/modify ARTS, STARS, or SDAT radar tracking data as appropriate; define and perform flyability evaluations of, arrival and departure procedures using a wide range of TARGETS' integrated design capabilities and visualization/simulation features; and export graphics, reports, and completed FAA forms. | |||
