| The Training Review Board Process course is designed to prepare potential TRB members with the knowledge and skills to conduct training reviews in accordance with FAA Order 3120.4. Additionally, this course introduces best practices to help TRB members fulfill their responsibilities. The course goals are as follows: Describe the TRB process Identify the roles and responsibilities of each member of the TRB process Evaluate a training package Conduct training review interviews Prepare a statement of facts and recommendation The training review process, standards and best practices are reinforced through examples, interactive exercises and activities. Knowledge is reinforced by a graded performance assessment where students will conduct a mock training review. | |||
