| This course is a blended learning course, combining computer-based instruction (CBI) with skill building exercises. The course begins with CBI designed to increase controller awareness of cognitive processing skills that affect performance both on and off the job. It is followed by 10 hours of computer-based skill building exercises which allow students to practice and enhance cognitive processing skills. Some areas that NATPRO I targets include being centered, being in the zone, visualization, attention and concentration. | |||
