| This course is designed to develop leadership skills among managers responsible for the air traffic operations. Operation Managers will identify, discuss and/or apply the following key concepts and skills: Organizational values and goals; leadership and cultural change; teamwork, collaboration and joint accountability and decision making; safety and OD/OE prevention; managing FLM performance. These sessions are designed to facilitate interaction among the participants, with a minimum of classroom instruction. Learning activities are embedded in a series of structured activities including large group discussions and small group exercises. This item provides 32 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
