| This vendor developed and delivered course is designed for air traffic quality assurance specialists and staff. It consists of lessons followed by extensive 'hands-on' application and observation using the Ocean21 Sups and/or simulator positions. At the completion of the course, the student will have demonstrated knowledge and skill using the Ocean21 Sups and/or simulator poisitions to perform data reduction and analysis activities in support of operational accident and incident investigations.
