| A Comprehensive Look at ORM is a 60 minute briefing that provides an introduction to the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process to help to improve communication and coordination between Technical Operations (TO) and Air Traffic Control (ATC). Introduction to ORM and ORM in Action must be completed prior to this course. The briefing is designed for intermediate learners who will be able successfully complete the tasks discussed in the briefing. This briefing is a self-paced asynchronous web-based training (WBT) with moderate interaction that is accessed via eLMS. This briefing provides an introduction to the Project Risk Plan (PRP) process, the Operational Risk Management Plan (ORMP) process, ORMP team member roles and responsibilities, and discusses the elements of ORM during ORMP processing. | |||
