| The virtual OJTI Cadre course is a train-the trainer course. This course is designed to prepare On-the-Job Training Instructors (OJTI) and Operations Supervisors (OS) to teach the Course 55049001, Basic OJTI Techniques, which is a prerequisite for course 57331001, as well as, meet the requirements of JO.3120.4, Air Traffic Technical Training. The OJTI Cadre course uses an active, participative approach to training and includes presentations, small-group activities, and facilitative discussions. | |||
