| Participants will discover and begin to use the key leadership skills necessary for leading through adaptive challenges. Finally, the most successful organizations involve a great deal of conflict. However, conflict that focuses on the mission, not on personal agendas, can result in personal and organizational growth. This training targets how varying perspectives generate conflict and how adaptive leadership skills orchestrates conflict to being positive results and better decisions. This item provides 20 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
