| This 2 hour course introduces the Lotus Notes Resource Reservations database template. The course will explain how this database works and shows how the template feature can be customized to any LOBs specification to schedule and manage resources. Resources can include conference rooms and equipment such as projectors, conference/speaker phones, laptops, whiteboards, etc. The course will also demonstrate how users can select a particular resource, reserve time for it, or choose a time and let the Resource Reservations database display the resources available during that time. The user will be ""walked"" through the different components, capabilities and features of a resource reservations database. | |||
