| Participants learn how to identify activities that support competencies in the Managerial Success Profile when completing the four Dimensions of the Managerial Selection Factors required for supervisory job applications, and how to answer Knowledge, Skills and Abilities questions for non-supervisory positions. Tools and tips are provided to help participants prepare a successful application. Participants will learn how to qualify their work and life experiences as competencies in the Managerial Success Profile and evidence of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities using tools introduced in the workshop. They will have hands-on practice for the skills taught. | |||
