Building on the knowledge gained in Prevailing Talents 1.0 and 2.0, managers will work with their direct report teams to: a) review individual Core-Clarity assessments; b) explore the combined strengths of the team and how this impacts team dynamics and performance; c) and discuss strategies for developing complimentary partnerships, working through conflict, and balancing and maximizing the collective strengths of the group. | |||
