| Instructor lead training for the TSSC Engineering Technical Officer (ETO) covering specific duties associated with initiation, administration and acceptance of contractor performed work. In this three-day class, the ETO will receive training and participate in discussion of their contract management duties related to work release procedures as outlined in Section G of the T4 contract. Work plan development, requirements definition, financial responsibilities and management, and change procedures will be taught and demonstrated. Funding and invoice review procedures as well as the role of automated tools will be covered. Discussion groups will be used to prepare and present concepts to the group regarding current and future ETO responsibilities. | |||
