(60000290) Collaborative Skills Training
COURSE 2016-12-06
Collaborative Skills Training (CST) is facility leadership training on collaboration and collaborative work groups (CWG) as supported within the FAA/NATCA Contract Article 114, Collaboration. The sessions will take place at various ARTCC/TRACON locations around the U.S.; about 35 per year. The target audience is ATO Facility Managers and Facility Union Representatives (FACREPS). CST will continue to develop the participants on the Interest Based Communication (IBC) - FAA60000429 and CWG processes. It will give them the opportunity to develop their plan of action for their facility. CST training contributes to achieve the ATO long-term success by maximizing its performance and ability to provide a more positive, customer-focused workplace.
