| Participants will gain an overview of the career planning process, how to determine ""best fit"" jobs to meet their skills and interests, demonstrations of the ATO Career Planning Tool and creating their own customized career plan, creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP), and about the resources and assistance available through the ATO Career Planning Program. This session is useful for both employees and supervisors as development discussion recommendations are covered. This seminar can be conducted in-person or via webinar.
