| The three-day course focuses on interpersonal and strategic communications skills. Day one begins by focusing on performance management concepts and reviews the interpersonal skills -- social styles, listening and feedback-- relating to effective performance management. We then explore the concepts of leading and managing strategically and consider how they integrate and overlap. Day two introduces concepts for negotiating with employees. Through role play and discussion, day three explores ways to manage challenges and difficulties when negotiating with employees. Finally, concepts of strategic management communication are explored and reinforced in the final session. | |||
