| Navigating Change and leading teams is challenging in todays environment. The purpose of this course is to provide managers at all levels of leadership within the ATO an understanding and insight regarding Organizational Structure (the Star Model). Managers will be able to understand the strength and insight into how organizational structure impacts behavior. The second area of learning is to understand that leaders exercise leadership in three areas: tactical, strategic and adaptive. Participants will discover and begin to use the key leadership skills necessary for leading through adaptive challenges. Finally, four different generations now work together. Each generation sees itself and the workplace in very different ways. Because of these differences, misunderstandings and conflicts between generations are sure to arise. This item provides 20 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
