| Module 6. Managing Conflict and Resistance This module explores the nature of conflict in organizations. While most of us have a general understanding and appreciation for what conflict is (i.e., incompatible needs/desires between two or more parties), there is a much greater variety on why these conflicts exist. The session focuses primarily on types of conflict and how to better understand your (and your team members) default conflict mode type, and then concludes with strategies of managing organizational resistance or challenging behavior. | |||
