| This course will prepare senior professionals to effectively and efficiently utilize federal resources and acquisition polices and regulations in planning, programming, budgeting, and contracting processes. Learn how to oversee the OMB A-11 process, assess a business case analysis, and implement a business strategy within FAR constraints, from needs identification to final contract closeout. Understand the benefits of developing a partnership among the program manager, financial manager, and the contracting officer to develop and implement a successful acquisition strategy. This course is presented at an advanced level. Exercises and integrated case studies allow the Senior PMs to practice the skills that they are developing throughout the course. | |||
