The CWP System Overview provides an introduction to the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) system. The course is designed for current and potential users of the system, personnel who either input data into the system or who use the outputs of the system to make resource, schedule, financial, and or prioritization decisions, or both. This course should be the first CWP course that any user takes. The course walks through the entire CWP process, and links the process to the tools, roles, and outputs of the system, as well as discussing the value and benefit of the CWP system. Students who attend this course will gain a solid big picture view of the system and its benefits and be able to identify their role(s) in the system and the remaining courses they should take.
